Over the weekend, select members of the Men's and Women's Track & Field teams competed at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite. This competition offers athletes the chance to earn a trip to the National Championship or earn one final season's best.

The Millikin men's track team finished in second place at the 2023 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The Millikin women finished in seventh place.
