The Millikin men's and women's Outdoor Track and Field team continued its season at the Greenville University Select Meet on April 17 in Greenville, Illinois. No team scores were reported for the event.

Millikin men's and women's track team competed in the Big Blue Open hosted by Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois on April 9. The field included a number of NCAA Division I programs along with teams for the NCAA Division III and the NAIA.

The Millikin men's and women's track and field team opened its 2021 Outdoor season hosting the Big Blue Alumni Invitational at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur. No team scores were kept for the meet.

The Millikin men's and women's Indoor Track and Field team completed the indoor season at the CCIW Elite Meet held at the Shirk Center in Bloomington, Illinois on March 13. No team scores were recorded or CCIW All-Conference honors awarded.
